We have a great youth program in Turlock and too many adventures to list.
It is no secret that scouts participate in community service projects, environmentally conscientious, and are groomed to become leaders and contributing members of the society; but, you may have not known that they have fun getting there.

What is Scouting all about?
Scouting is a youth outdoor program that emphasis on character development, leadership development, citizenship, and personal fitness. It shouldn't come as a surprise that universities and employers take notice of applicants with scouting experience; especially the ones that have reached the prestigious Eagle Scout rank ↗️, which is recognized across the country and the world.

Parents enroll children into scouting to provide enrichment and growth opportunities for their kids; but, only later they discover that scouting has a positive influence for the whole family.
If you are new to scouting, perhaps the best way to understand it is by reviewing the first scout requirement, which is to learn the Scout Oath and Scout Law. These two items embody the spirit of scouting.
Scout Oath: On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.
Scout Law: A Scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent
